Who’s frankie?
Our Story
Frankie’s Spicy Water was born from the imagination of a child; you guessed it, Frankie! Frankie is the daughter of our founder’s cousin. As we enjoyed the company of family on a summer afternoon, we naturally reached for a cold refreshing beverage. We cracked open a generic, big box brand soda water. When presented to Frankie, she took a sip and exclaimed, “oh spicy!” Something clicked at that moment: what if we actually had a spicy, sparkly, and refreshing beverage.
After that day our founders got to work and started buying up fruits, peppers, and citrus. After boiling countless small batches of spicy water, they decided to invite their friends to try it out. Friends were giving approval and feedback, which helped the flavors evolve into the water that you have in front of you today.
We hope that you will enjoy this beverage with friends, family, and community.

Casey Thomson
Born in Overland Park, KS and Raised in Eagle, CO
Casey has been an asset to the Vail Valley ever since she got here. Casey graduated from Colorado State University and quickly joined the valley workforce as a property manager in Beaver Creek. After meeting her husband, Casey found full time employment at Bonfire Brewing in Eagle, CO. It was Bonfire Brewing that helped push the idea of Frankie’s from dream to reality. Casey made numerous meaningful connections at this establishment that helped pave the way for the future of Frankie’s. Casey is the brains of the operation here at Frankie’s. If you wonder where all the cool designs/merch come from, you can be sure to give credit to Casey! You will catch Casey around town riding her bike, running, or reading a book in the sun.

Jeff Thomson
Born and raised in Clarkston, MI
Jeff moved out to Colorado in the spring of 2016 to chase a career in teaching and some fresh powder. What he found was a renewed sense of purpose and a drive to create something for himself and his family. At the beginning phases of Frankie’s you could find Jeff in the small kitchen of the 400 sq. ft. lockoff that he shared with his then fiance and future business partner, Casey Lammert. For Jeff this business is more than just selling water, it is about creating a culture of fun and enjoyment in our mountain community.

Jake Lammert
Born in Overland Park, KS and Raised in Eagle, CO
Jake Lammert, Casey’s brother, has been a long time small business owner in the Vail Valley. Jake graduated from Colorado State University and quickly took over the responsibilities of the family appliance business. Jake now lives in Bozeman, MT, but has always encouraged the Frankie's team to run with the idea of our seltzer water. Jake has started a new appliance company in Bozeman, but he still has time to run the books and make sure Casey and Jeff are making the right moves.
